DO WE PROVIDE A REGULAR MAINTENANCE?
Yes, this is our core service! We operate and service Hot Tubs and Swimming Pools every Monday & Friday to coincide with guest hand over
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The average bill for our customers is around £270 per month. This amount does differ on the location of the property
DO WE KEEP ANY RECORDS?
Yes, we keep extensive daily records of our water treatment that is carried out on our Hot Tubs. This information is monitored to identify trends and improve our service
DO WE CARRY OUT REPAIRS?
No, we do not carry out repairs to Hot Tubs, Spas & Swimming Pools ourselves, rather we work with local experts Simon & Guy of Hot Tub Wizards that can in most cases repair spas within 48 hours of breaking down.
DO WE CARRY OUT LABORATORY TESTS
Yes, we have a robust water sampling and laboratory testing regime for each of our customers, carried out by a third party. This service is vital to minimise risk and track the effectivity of our water treatment procedures.
DO WE SELL HOT TUBS?
No, we don’t sell Hot Tubs however we work closely with our friends Cumbria Hot Tubs of Barrow-in-Furness which provide high quality, commercial tubs without the Windermere price tag!
WHERE ARE WE BASED
We are a fully mobile company and our service area in Cumbria spans as far north as Scotby near Carlisle to as far south as Cartmel near Newby Bridge.
Our main base of operations is in South Lakeland however as our team and business continues to grow we are expanding our servicing to many of the far reaches of our county!
DO WE COMPLY WITH THE CURRENT GUIDANCE?
Yes, we fully comply with the guidance document HSG282 and our risk assessment based water treatment procedure has been approved by the director of Health & Safety Executive.
